The RDSC working team collaborated in developing the “Khlong Sam Smart City” development plan for Khlong Sam Subdistrict Administrative Organization, aiming to elevate the area into a systematic local-level smart city development model.
This plan is structured in accordance with the Smart Governance, Smart Mobility, Smart Living, and Smart Environment frameworks, supported by data infrastructure such as the City Data Platform (CDP) and data-driven spatial planning processes. These elements enable transparent, modern urban management and evidence-based decision-making.
This smart city planning initiative marks an important milestone for Khlong Sam Subdistrict Administrative Organization and can be further developed as a concrete model for other local authorities seeking to implement data-driven urban planning in the future.
