An AI-driven platform for adaptive urban governance — transforming statutory urban planning evaluation from periodic reports into continuous, data-driven city intelligence.
Piloted in Maha Sarakham Province under Thailand's Town and City Planning Act B.E. 2562 — validated through real government data, real UAV surveys, and real participatory planning sessions.
