The RDSC working group has collaborated with the Khlong Sam Subdistrict Administrative Organization to develop the "Khlong Sam Smart City" development plan, aiming to elevate the area into a systematic model for local smart city development.
This plan frames development based on Smart Governance – Smart Mobility – Smart Living – Smart Environment standards, along with data infrastructure such as a City Data Platform (CDP) and a spatial planning process using real-world data. This supports transparent, modern, and data-driven city management for decision-making.
The development of this smart city plan is a significant milestone for the Khlong Sam Subdistrict Administrative Organization and can be further developed as a concrete model for other localities to develop data-driven city plans in the future.
