At 9:00 AM on November 11, 2024, at the Kalasin Municipal Information Room, Mr. Pornprasit Rattanawichai, Deputy Mayor of Kalasin Municipality, along with the executive committee and municipal staff, attended a meeting to draft the Terms of Reference (TOR) for a management platform. This is because Kalasin Municipality will be implementing a GIS (Geographic Information System) to develop a system for urban planning and infrastructure development. Associate Professor Dr. Thanawut Boonlue, Head of the Smart City Research and Development Unit at Mahasarakham University, is the project leader, and the TOR details for this project are needed.
