On Monday, November 4, 2024, at 1:00 PM, at the meeting room of the Tha Song Khon Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Assistant Professor Katanyu Horsutisima, Assistant Professor Dr. Krisanu Phalopakorn, and Lecturer Sonthaya Rattanathip from the Research and Development for Smart Cities Unit (RDSC), Faculty of Architecture, Planning and Creative Arts, Mahasarakham University, presented a project report on "The Assessment Report of Changes in Conditions and the Environment of the Mahasarakham City Comprehensive Plan, 2019." The target audience for the meeting included heads of government departments and community leaders.
