On Thursday, October 31, 2024, at 9:00 AM at the Mahasarakham Municipal Office meeting room and at 1:00 PM at the Koeng Subdistrict Administrative Organization meeting room, Associate Professor Dr. Tharawut Boonlue, Assistant Professor Katanyu Horsutisima, and Lecturer Sonthaya Rattanathip from the Research and Development for Smart Cities Unit (RDSC), Faculty of Architecture, Planning and Creative Arts, Mahasarakham University, presented a project report on "The Assessment Report of Changes in Climate and the Environment of the Mahasarakham City Comprehensive Plan, 2019." The target audience for the meetings included heads of government departments and community leaders.
